Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Please contact our customer service to initiate the return process.

Which payment methods can I use?
Payment options can depend on whether you order online or visit in person. The checkout page shows what is available for your order. If you need an invoice issued to a company, with your business name and Hungarian tax number, mention this before you pay so the details are correct from the start. Correcting an invoice after it has been issued is slower for everyone.
Can I order for my company or in larger quantities?
Many of our customers are small offices, studios and start-ups in Budapest. If you are equipping a team or placing a repeat order, get in touch through the contact page with a rough list of items and quantities. We can tell you what is in stock, how long restocking might take and whether it makes sense to split the delivery. General price information is on the pricing page. Quotes for larger orders are confirmed individually.
What should I check when my delivery arrives?
Look over the package before you sign for it, or as soon as you open it. If the box is visibly damaged or something is missing, take a photo and let us know quickly. Clear photos and your order number make the process much faster. Keep the original packaging until you are sure everything works as expected, because returns need to be in their original condition.
How do I prepare for an appointment?
To get the most from a visit, bring a short description of what you need. Measurements, sample documents or examples of layouts you like are all helpful. If your appointment is about one of our local services, tell us the deadline you are working to so we can say honestly whether it is realistic. If you can't make it, please reschedule as early as possible so the slot can go to someone else.
Do you deliver outside Budapest?
Our delivery service is focused on Budapest. If you are based elsewhere in Hungary, contact us before ordering and we will explain what options, if any, are available for your location.
