Preparing for Your Appointment

A little preparation makes any appointment shorter and more productive, whether you are coming in to discuss a service, review an order or ask for advice. Before you choose a time slot, it helps to think about what you want to achieve during the visit and how long it is likely to take. If you are unsure which option fits your needs, the overview on our services page explains what each one covers, so you can pick the right booking type from the start.

What to bring

• Your booking confirmation, either printed or on your phone, so we can find your details quickly.
• Relevant documents or files, such as order references, drafts, specifications or examples of what you have in mind.
• A short list of questions. Writing them down beforehand means nothing important is forgotten once the conversation starts.

Arriving on time

Budapest traffic and public transport can be unpredictable at peak hours, especially in the morning and late afternoon. Allow some extra travel time, and check the BKK journey planner or your preferred map app before setting off. If you are running late, let us know as early as possible; we will try to keep your slot, although a much later arrival may mean a shorter session or a new booking.

Changing the details of a booking

If you simply need to adjust something rather than cancel, such as adding a second person or switching to a different service, get in touch through the contact page and mention your name and the original date and time. Changes made well in advance are much easier to accommodate than last-minute requests.
