Getting in Touch: What to Include in Your Message
While full contact details are being finalised, it helps to know how messages to the general, editorial and webmaster inboxes are handled, so your question reaches the right person the first time. Each role covers a different part of the site, and a clear, well-structured message usually gets a faster and more useful reply.
Which contact to choose
- General: questions about the catalogue, items listed in the shop, local services in Budapest, or anything that does not clearly fit elsewhere.
- Editor: corrections to guides, suggestions for new articles, or notes about information on our places and listings pages that may be out of date.
- Webmaster: broken links, pages that do not load, layout problems on mobile devices, or accessibility issues.
Writing a useful message
Start with a short subject line that names the topic, for example "Question about service availability" or "Broken link on guides page". In the body, mention the exact page you were viewing and what you expected to happen. If you are asking about a product or service, say what you need it for and roughly when, since that makes it easier to give a practical answer rather than a generic one.
For technical problems, note the browser and device you used. A screenshot description is often enough; there is no need to send large attachments.
Before you write
Many common questions about ordering, delivery within Budapest and how services work are already answered on the FAQ page, and current rates are listed under pricing. Checking these first can save you waiting for a reply. Please avoid sending sensitive personal or payment information by message; if such details are ever needed, you will be told how to share them safely.
